This week we highlight galleries from Indiana to London, showing French Art Deco, contemporary photography, fine art prints, and even contemporary art for kids.

Maison Gerard: A haven for French Art Deco, Maison Gerard has been operating in New York since 1974, offering furniture, lighting, and objets d’art. With a dedication to classic mid-century French designers, in recent years the gallery has also introduced a variety of contemporary artists. Highlights in their offerings include Art Deco masters Jean Dunand and Jules Leleu and inspired contemporary designers including Marc Bankowsky and Achille Salvagni.

LittleCollector: With a mission to bring contemporary art to the next generation, LittleCollector presents accessible, educational art geared towards children. LittleCollector collaborates with world-renowned artists to offer original artworks and also provides Art 101, an online resource to help teach children about art. The gallery currently shows “‘Food’ Themed Works For Your Little Collector” including a plush Yayoi Kusama pumpkin and a William Wegman photograph of a dog baking.

Pictura Gallery: Specializing in contemporary photography, Bloomington, Indiana’s Pictura Gallery focuses on works with “strong formal sensibilities and depth of content.” The gallery shows at Palm Springs Fine Art Fair Feb. 13th–16th, presenting Clarissa Bonet’s intriguing works drenched in black shadows, Evgenia Arbugaeva’s “Tiksi” series, featuring ice plains of her homeland, Siberia, and intricate architectural prints by Conner Green.

Miyako Yoshinaga Gallery: Chelsea Gallery Miyako Yoshinaga is dedicated to emerging and mid-career contemporary artists working in a range of media, who draw upon timeless themes with challenging concepts and techniques. Now on view at the gallery is “Nocturnal Labyrinth,” a group show featuring works that are dark both visually and conceptually, by artists including Erika deVries, Adoka Niitsu, and Seana Reilly.

Paul Stolper Gallery: London’s Paul Stolper Gallery publishes and collaborates with leading contemporary artists to create artworks and limited editions. Among their represented artists are Damien Hirst, Jeremy Deller, Peter Saville, and Shepard Fairey. Later this month the gallery shows at London’s Art 14 fair, presenting Fairey’s new works, alongside works by Joana Vasconcelos, Sarah Hardacre, and others.
