If you want a tour guide for any art fair, Cecilia Alemani is hard to beat. As the curator and director of High Line Art—as well as the recent curator of Frieze Projects New York—Cecilia always knows what’s up before just about everyone else. We asked her to take us through the highlights of one of her days during Frieze week, and she took us with her on an Instagram tour of the VIP previews. (See the whole thing on Instagram).

Some of my favorites today at Frieze: Jeff Koons at Gagosian; Jeremy Deller at The Modern Institute; “Tempura art” at 47 Canal; Eduardo Basualdo with PSM at Frame (hovering over curator Fernanda Arruda); Wilhelm Sasnal and Pawel Althamer at Foksal Gallery; Ryan McGinley at Team Gallery (who just had his Blue Falling billboard at the HighLine this spring); Sarah Lucas at Sadie Coles; Adrian Villar Rojas at kurimanzutto; Lili Reynaud-Dewar for Frieze Projects, curated by Nicola Lees; Rob Pruitt at Gavin Brown’s Enterprise.
